"LOOK/FEEL GOOD" TIP OF THE DAY - CINNAMON
Cinnamon reportedly shrinks fat cells, thereby burning more calories and increasing metabolism. Sprinkle a sweet tad of cinnamon on a snack. Or why not just buy some Cinnamon cookies and cereal? Every bite counts!
